RTO: (Return) Due to Customer Mistake: if a shipment is returned due to mistake or negligence on the customer’s part—such as providing an incorrect or incomplete address, incorrect contact information, failing to answer calls from the courier and from the vendor (clickspick.com) or not being available to accept delivery etc —the customer will be responsible to bear RTO charges and Reshipment charges of parcel . (Cancellation of order will not be entertained )

Orders are shipped within 2-4 working days after confirmation, you will receive notification via SMS or email once your order is shipped.
Order having Custom products are shipped within 4-7 days. Our warehouse dispatches orders from Monday to Saturday , and delivery takes another 5-10 working days based on your location.(*For North-Eastern States it may take upto 15 days.)
Once order is confirmed – No changes would be allowed; No cancellation, no addition, no change in products, no change of coupon codes. please check everything before order confirmation.
Note: In case of any product from your order got unavailable due to any reason or facing any delay, Will connect you within 1-2 working days via call or msg to inform you regarding possible delays.
In case the delivery status shows “delivered” and you have not received the product yet, you need to intimate us within 24 hours. You are requested to send an email with your order id with the subject “wrong delivery status” to info@clickspick.com.
Failing to do so within 24 hours doesn’t make you entitled to any refund or any support from our team
Shipping charges on website are for up-to 2 kg only, If your order is beyond that weight we will call you for additional charges..

Each product undergoes a thorough quality check to ensure there are no defects. However, if you receive a defective item, a damaged item in transit, or a missing item from your order, you can register a complaint within 48 hours by sending an email to info@clickspick.com . To be eligible for a refund, you must record a video of opening the package to prove that the product was defective upon receipt. Please include your order number and the unboxing video in your email. Our team will respond to your complaint within 2-5 working days and will contact you if you are eligible for a refund or replacement. If the delivery status shows “delivered” but you have not received the product, you must notify us within 24 hours.
